Xpanxion’s Senior QA Lead / Coordinator will act as the interface between a team of offshore automated testing resources and the client’s QA Manager to help ensure that quality assurance needs related to the project are being scheduled and that agreed upon QA policies, procedures, and processes are being followed.

The QA Lead will be responsible for creation of Master Test Strategies, Ensuring proper test planning and task assignment, and test execution for a distributed QA team.  Xpanxion’s clients are currently working towards full automated testing capabilities, and strategy, creation, and execution of automated testing procedures and scripts will be crucial. 

Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must. A proven track record of client and team interaction is vital to success.

It is required that the QA Lead has a proven track record as a team lead and good experience with the Mercury suite of automated testing tools and, in particular, QTP and Quality Center.
