Due to
the increasing complexity of modern software development
projects it is essential that QA/Testers are certified.
Whereas, many employees are shifted into QA positions from
programming or other areas in development or just a change of
work duties. We have found that in a number of cases there has
been a vague understanding of the QA/ Testing Process, and
often a lack of the SDLC comprehension tools that are
necessary for productive software testing.
It is
vital for any company that their QA Team possess a thorough
understanding of the ‘Software Development Process’, and how
it fits into the business approach and goals of the
organization. Therefore, without the pertinent knowledge and
training through QA/Tester certifications the process cannot
be completely thorough.
Software
testing to any company's reputation is bottom-line and without
having QA/Testers certified the product released cannot
receive top-notched approval from the customer. This could
possibly result in costing the company billions of dollars.
Ultimately, for a top notch product, you need
QA/Testing certified professionals involved in the development
process.
It is
critical to any product's success to have trained and
certified professionals on your QA Team.
